Job Title: HR Payroll Specialist (Contractor)

Job Location: Brussels, Belgium (Full-time, on-site)

Main Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate payroll for all employees. Act as the first point of contact for payroll-related questions and liaise with external payroll providers.
  
  
• Benefits Administration: Manage employee health insurance, pension, and disability insurance processes, ensuring accurate data and smooth communication with providers.
  
  
• Invoice Handling: Validate and process payroll-related vendor invoices in line with internal procedures and timelines.
  
  
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Finance) and external vendors to ensure efficient operations and resolve any issues.
  
  
• Compliance & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records and ensure all processes comply with Dutch tax, labor, and social security regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or HR administration.
• Solid knowledge of Belgian payroll processes, labor law, tax, and social security regulations.
• Familiarity with Belgian employee benefits including pensions and health insurance.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, discretion, and integrity.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Dutch or French.
