My client, active in insurance sector, is looking for an Head Of Architecture (CDI) :

Mission :

  • Defining an IT strategic roadmap
  • Designing and managing enterprise architecture transformation programs
  • Reengineering of IT processes
  • Building business cases to support investment decisions
  • Defining and leading organizational change within the IT organization
  • Taking the lead in identifying issues and proposing the most appropriate approach for the analysis
  • Managing and coaching junior team members
  • Building compelling written findings, and presenting your opinions to a challenging client group
  • Summarizing your findings in a structured manner, both written and oral

Your profile :

  • Master degree in management or a technical degree (ideally ICT related) or similar by experience
  • Proven track record as head of architecture or lead enterprise architect
  • Proven project and people management experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Eager to lead and grow
  • Solid written and oral presentation skills
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and solution driven environment
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, or English and French
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
