My client is a fast-growing HRTech of close to 50 people based in Brussels. With zero customer churn over five years and an NPS of 50+, the product speaks for itself.
Due do their growth, they’re now hiring an Account Executive to lead the large corporate segment.
What you’ll do :
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle (from qualified lead to close) in the North of the country.
- Work closely with 2 SDRs.
- Highly account-based sales motion with strong inbound support.
- Full autonomy after onboarding — no micro-management.
Who you are :
3–5+ years of B2B SaaS experience, focused on enterprise ideally in HR.Hunter mindset with a strong track record of closingFluent in Dutch and English.
