As an IPCON in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews.Responsibilities Should be a Subject Matter Expert with implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ApplicationsExperience in at least two / three full-fledged implementations of Oracle SCM cloud applicationsInteract directly with customer process consultants and business SME to gather business and technical requirementsAnalyse requirements for different areas, identify cross- functional impact, and provide the optimal solutions to meet requirements end to endFit Gap Mapping and solutionsProvide cross- functional leadership in conversations with customer teams and convince on solution options and decisionsCoordinate with different tracks to drive an optimal solution and various project milestones from a solution perspectiveBe responsible for ensuring optimal design is delivered to the customer, and any issues are resolvedRecommend process improvements and automations opportunities wherever applicableWorks closely with Chief Process Owner at OnsiteDrives solution workshops for cross track sessionsEnsures all critical solutions are reviewedEnsure cross track dependencies are resolvedEnsure direction of solution is aligned across streamsComfortable in driving requirements workshops, CRPs and cross track Key Design Discussion sessions with client Drives the pilot and solution rollout discussionsDrives end to end solution discussionsWill take the lead for Design Review Board solution discussions.RequiredShould be able to understand Business requirements and map them to proposed solutions / enhancements.Candidate needs to have experience in led any two of the following tracks in previous Fusion Cloud program in the Order Management Cloud, Procurement Cloud, Inventory Cloud, Planning Cloud, Product Data Management CloudTesting and deployment of custom solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.Participate in functional testing and co-ordinate with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developedOnsite-Offshore communication and work managementLeading Super User training and supporting other training related activitiesCoordination with other tracks for delivery of end to end business processesExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentPreferredExposure to Process Optimization / Modernization through digitization initiativesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentAbility to lead different teams towards a common objectivePersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
