We're seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Lead to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers within the maritime industry while laying the foundation for a scalable sales function. You’ll work closely with prospects to understand their challenges and demonstrate how Toqua's AI-driven solutions can generate meaningful financial and environmental impact. This role is a fast track to a commercial leadership position, with increasing responsibility over sales strategy, process, and team building.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close enterprise-level accounts in the maritime industry
- Conduct discovery meetings to deeply understand prospective clients' business goals & sustainability targets
- Collaborate closely with our technical team to craft compelling solutions and deliver persuasive presentations
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through pro-active networking online and at conferences
- Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Help structure and refine the sales process
- Play a key role in scaling the commercial team as we grow
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales, and not afraid to sell complex solutionsFluent in English and comfortable with doing international businessProven track record of closing significant deals and meeting ambitious sales quotas.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive self-starter, eager to innovate, establish processes, and grow with the company.What we offer
