Description de posteManage SharePoint sites, folder structures, and access rights. Support and advise teams in the use of SharePoint for projects, audits, and compliance purposes. Maintain and manage project documentation within SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date content. Test new SharePoint functionalities, provide structured feedback to the IT department, and guide end users. Document processes and use SharePoint as a collaboration and knowledge-sharing platform. Create, maintain, and update manuals, forms, and internal communications via SharePoint. Proven experience working with SharePoint (site management, permissions, document libraries). Strong understanding of collaboration tools and document management best practices. Experience supporting users and teams in a corporate or project-based environment. Ability to structure, maintain, and improve documentation and processes. Comfortable testing new functionalities and working closely with IT teams. Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance.
