SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
As a new Senior Accountant, your main tasks will be :
- Oversee all aspects of accounting (AZ) and regulatory reporting (BE GAAP)
- Supervise the GL and analytical accounting
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Prepare and submit tax and social declarations
- Ensure fiscal optimization and compliance
- Monitor cash management and treasury flows
- Prepare financial reports for the board and external stakeholders (BNB, tax authorities, auditors)
- Participate in M&A processes
- Manage intra-group transactions and support future consolidations
- Collaborate closely wuth the team & support the internal growth of the group
