The Service Team is responsible for supporting direct clients and partners (remote and onsite) for automation and middleware products and performing on site activities : Maintaining, Upgrading, Installing hardware and software on Total lab automation systems , comprised of multiple modules who each perform various tasks in the Pre-analytical, Analytical, and Post-analytical process.
Mission and main responsibilities :
- Manage Operations activities for automation and middleware products.
- Ensure proper Preventive / Corrective Maintenance of onsite equipment in order to meet the defined KPI
- Keep the system up to date, taking care of Technical Service Bullettin (TSB) and SW / FW,HW upgrade.
- Support on site activities as new systems installations and modules / analyzers add-on.
- Perform customer trainings to Lab Operators and Final Users.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with the different stakeholders, delivering high standards of customer service.
- Coordinate with Technical Lead and EMEA Service Manager to ensure effective planning, organization, delivery and reporting of service activities.
We are looking for candidates with these skills :
Electronics, Pneumatics, Technical schematic reading , Mechanical knowhow.At least 2 years of experience in automation companies ;Bachelor : Electronics / Mechanics or Diploma : ElectronicsAvailability to travel occasionally to other countries, perform overtime in case of need.24 / 7 on duty activites is part of the Job.Language skills : Dutch and English are mandatory , French and / or German are a bonus.Must have skills required
