We provide both permanent and interim contracts. We are currently recruiting a Project Coordinator for one of our clients based in Brussels.Salary package : €3300 The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
- Provide comprehensive organizational and logistical assistance
- Oversee and implement targeted initiatives, such as student outreach, regional development, and support services
- Collaborate closely with a diverse international team based in Brussels and globally, maintaining cohesion across departments and time zones
- Report directly to the Executive Director while working cross-functionally with colleagues from affiliated offices around the world
Essential Skills and Experience :
Excellent command of English (both written and verbal); additional fluency in Dutch and French is a plusSolid experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)A background in administrative roles with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindsetResilience under pressure and willingness to occasionally work outside standard hours during critical periodsStrong planning and coordination abilities, with a hands-on approach to taking initiativeEnthusiasm for learning and adapting quickly to new systems and workflowsInterested ?
