We seek a Workday Consultant (Time&Absence module) contractor to join our global market leader Pharmaceutical client's project for Belgium.

  • Contracting - via us (Dexian) - Duration : 2025-09-01 to 2026-12-31 (with potential to be extended further)
  • Remote work

Responsibilities :

  • Understanding and translating stakeholder requirements into solutions.
  • Creating and developing functional designs and specifications in addition to Knowledge Articles / QRGs for stakeholders.
  • Supporting the configuration and testing of the Workday solution.
  • Facilitation of workshops.
  • Communication with third-party vendors.
  • Data analytics support.
  • Data Migration support.
  • Integration support.

    • Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Relevant Workday Consultant experience.
  • Previous Workday implementation experience.
  • Certified in Time&Absence Workday module.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Deep understanding of local regulations for Belgium.
