Global Facility & Engineering Manager

As our new Global Facility & Engineering Manager, you’ll join our Internal Services organization.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications :

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering with in-depth knowledge of building technologies, HVAC, electrical installations (including solar panels, charging stations, etc.).
• 10+ years of experience in facility management and / or engineering leadership, ideally within an international context.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects independently, including permitting, construction, and delivery phases, while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong management skills with experience managing budgets, contracts, and maintenance programs.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and independent work ethic; able to identify knowledge gaps and bring in external expertise as needed.
• Experience or strong interest in technical developments within fleet management is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.
• Willingness to work at least 3 days per week at our headquarters in Wommelgem and travel occasionally to our different office locations.
