.NET Technical Architect (BXL)

Our customer is a major key player in its Business Sector.

We are looking for a .NET Architect to technically lead a portfolio in different domain areas. The role of the architect is to support and lead the technical aspect of the portfolio he / she will work for.

The applications are complex and use WPF as frontend technology. As the developers are experienced, the challenge for the architects is to support them regarding issues they will have with architecture designs.

The tech lead will manage Full Stack .NET developers working on micro-services products.

The technologies used are :

Sql / MongoDB
Blazor / UWP / VueJS (target is to move all to Blazor)
Hangfire
RabbitMQ
Clean architecture
NServiceBus (Dapr)

Languages : English is a must with very good knowledge of Dutch or French.

Minimum 4 years of experience as a .NET Architect.

Onsite presence for 2 days per week is required.

Good communication skills.

Coaching developer teams.

Be a player role in a scrum team.

Take the lead of multiple dev teams (help coordinate the work during a sprint).

Seniority on technical issue investigation (good analytics skills).

Provide a clear vision on the target architecture.

Challenge technical choices with other Tech leads and Developers.

Challenge features with PO.

Explain technical aspects to non-businesspeople.

Organize collaborative technical sessions with developers and architects.

Handle priorities and emergencies efficiently.

Structured in the solution approach.

Explore new technologies and maintain a good technical watch.
