As part of the Leadership team of the service line, you will oversee the delivery for the country and will be accountable for the overall success of all portfolios, programs, services, and projects in your remit. You will be accountable for all delivery matters on behalf of the P&L owners.

The role :

  • Responsible for planning and delivery – Delivery quality compliance, resource economic utilization, and customer satisfaction for the applications services in France.
  • Responsible for relationship building with Customer key stakeholders within the account and responsible for customer satisfaction.
  • Build a community of Engagement Managers (EM), developing their knowledge, skills, and increasing the number of EMs certified.
  • Ensures the Delivery and associated targets, standards & best practices are known and applied by the EMs community members.
  • Ensures full compliance to bid process : including all necessary reviews (Approval gates, Finance, Legal).
  • Manages C-level customer relationships within the Country from a delivery standpoint. Act as the highest escalation level for delivery matters before the Managing Director in country.
  • Ultimately accountable for all aspects of program management (risks & opportunities, project recovery, quality assurance, profitability, skills development…).
  • Contributes to big or complex deal bid process, contract negotiation, scope, or major issue client discussion.
  • Transforms projects from Staffing (Time & material businesses) to Fixed-priced commitments and off-shore through a Client Delivery Transformation approach.
  • Is accountable for Revenue, Contribution Margin %, Risk Management, Client Satisfaction, and Project Quality.

Your Profile :

  • 15+ years of delivery or project management experience.
  • Experience working for / with a service company.
  • Experience in end-to-end delivery / program management of complex and large programs is a Must.
  • Strong experience with client-facing and ability to manage expectations.
  • High adaptability and organization skills to navigate complex organizations, clients, and projects (multiple stakeholders, multicultural environment, on-shore / off-shore delivery).
  • Leadership experience in continuous improvement initiatives and operations.
  • Thorough knowledge of contract management & financial management.
  • Experience working with offshore delivery teams (India, Asia, and / or Europe).
  • Experience in any of the following domains is a plus : Digital Manufacturing, Customer experience, Digital transformation, ERP deployment, move to cloud, etc.
  • Native level of French and Business level of English.
