Analyze enterprise security programs and infrastructure across a variety of sectors.
Assess IT and security processes, risks, controls and compliance against relevant standards; Collaborate with senior management to design cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps and sustainable solutions (covering processes, tooling and people models).
Act as a bridge between executives and technical teams, helping drive change in areas such as data protection, security operations, privacy and business continuity.
Support clients in developing cybersecurity procedures and aligning with best practices.
A Master’s degree and at least 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information risk management.
Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF / 800‑53, CIS or the Cybersecurity Maturity Model.
An entrepreneurial approach, feeling comfortable managing projects end‑to‑end.
Fluency in English and Dutch or French.
Confidence working with AI tools, paired with a thoughtful, critical mindset in applying AI in daily tasks and team collaboration.
