  • Supervision of a team of 2 senior accountants
  • Supervision and finalization of accounting for 2 Belgian entities of the group (BEGAAP)
  • Tax management for these two entities (VAT, ISOC)
  • Regular reporting for two entities (NBB, quarterly group reports, etc.) in direct collaboration with the Senior Business Controller
  • Key point of contact with legislator, external auditors, IT, etc.
  • Assistance with internal audit and improvement of accounting procedures
  • Participation in ad-hoc projects (M&A, implementation of new IT tools, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting (Master's degree an asset)
  • Excellent level of French and good level of English (Dutch is an asset for this position)
  • Proven experience in managing an accounting team
  • At least 7 years' experience in A-Z accounting , in BEGAAP
  • Attention to detail, process improvement and participative team management are your essential qualities
  • You are naturally intellectually curious about related projects (M&A, improving IT tools, etc.)
  • A permanent contract (CDI) within an international group active in the biopharmaceutical sector
  • A key role within the BE team, in communication with numerous points of contact within the group
  • A dynamic accounting team where cohesion and transparent communication prevail
