We are looking for an experienced and driven  Project Manager  to lead the expansion of the clients FTTH Assurance program. You will be responsible for managing the transition from a pilot phase to a large-scale operational model. This includes process development, coordination with internal teams, ensuring IT readiness, and aligning all stakeholders around clear objectives. The role requires a hands-on, structured, and flexible professional who can thrive in a fast-evolving environment.

Jouw profiel

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in telecom or field operations
• Strong understanding of business processes, especially network assurance
• Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders
• Able to manage complex projects with multiple priorities and evolving scopes
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and structured way of working
• Certification in ITIL or ITSM is required
• Experience with tools like SmartFix is an asset
• Telecom or network infrastructure knowledge is a bonus
