Business Analyst (Process Integration – Logistics) – Freelance

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join one of our customers in the logistics and port operations sector for a long-term freelance mission. The consultant will lead a critical initiative to define and align core business processes across several semi-autonomous business entities that currently operate in silos.

The role involves end-to-end process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and the design of integrated workflows to improve collaboration, data consistency, and operational efficiency. This is a highly strategic role, contributing directly to the transformation of the customer’s cross-entity operations and laying the groundwork for future digitalisation and automation projects.

The selected consultant will work closely with senior business leaders, operational teams, and IT counterparts in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document current business processes across multiple legal and operational entities
• Identify process gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for harmonisation and integration
• Facilitate workshops and working groups with cross-functional stakeholders
• Design and validate target state processes and operational models
• Define governance structures, process ownership, and change roadmaps
• Collaborate with architects and solution designers to ensure alignment with IT strategy
• Support change management and internal communication around process transformation
• Track adoption, usage, and performance of implemented processes
