Global Consultancy based in Bruge are looking for Azure Platform Support Engineer for a Major Engineering Client.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for reliability, evolution, and operational excellence of the Internal Developer Platform (IDP)
• Monitor and optimise platform performance, availability, and scalability
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and system issues through platform monitoring and analysis
• Deploy, configure, and maintain new platform services and functionalities
• Implement improvements and drive platform standardisation in collaboration with product and development teams
• Guide and support development teams according to DevOps principles and processes
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents related to platform components, resources, and deployments
• Ensure stability and reliability of all platform components
• Contribute to documentation, guidelines, and best practices for platform usage
• Propose and implement structural improvements based on incident analysis and system trends
