Description :

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and legal secretarial support to a team of lawyers
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements
  • Prepare, review, and send legal correspondence and documentation
  • Handle client onboarding procedures, including conflict checks and file opening
  • Manage billing processes and follow-up on related tasks
  • Act as a point of contact with clients and third parties

Profil

  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role is preferred; legal sector experience is a strong asset
  • Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English; a good command of French is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • A true team player, flexible, proactive, and service-oriented
  • Confident with MS Office tools and administrative systems
