Robert Half is currently looking for a part time Financial Analyst Property Management ad interim (m / f / x) for a 12 month assignment.

Our client is located in Brussels region.

As part time Financial Analyst Property Management ad interim you will be responsible for :

• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with owners and tenants (but also accounting and property mgt team)
• Day to day operational tasks : visit the shops and identify consumption of utilities; split costs (define distribution keys); transfer to accounting
• Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
• Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends
