Financial Controller FR / EN Brussels

As Financial Controller, you will :

• Oversee the monthly and quarterly closings
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Monitor project profitability, cash flow, and variances
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure budget adherence
• Manage reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with local accounting standards
• Help optimize financial processes and tools
• Liaise with accounting teams, banks, and tax advisors
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within real estate or asset-heavy industries
• Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
• Solid knowledge of Belgian GAAP and / or IFRS
• Strong analytical skills and business mindset
• Excellent Excel and ERP system proficiency (Navision or SAP is a plus)
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
