The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Customer Supply Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be the key link between our customers, internal teams, and logistics partners, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end order processing, from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, and product availability.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and resolve supply issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and generate regular reports on order status and KPIs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer service or supply chain coordination role, preferably in the biotech, pharma, or life sciences sector.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
