Job Description

ARHS Developments is looking for a SAP Access & Authorization Manager in relation to a high level expertise integration project for a large EU organization.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Creation and / or review of the following deliverables : Security Policy, Security Standards, Security Risk Assessments, Security Requirements, Security Design, Security Guides, Security Test Reports, Security Operational Procedures, Contingency Plans, Security Awareness Training Plans, Security Audit Reports, Security Plans.
  • Implication in security operational procedures, installation / upgrade / configuration of products, design and implementation of security measures, monitoring and follow-up of logs.
  • Management of users and elaboration of access rights.
  • Workflows customisation and management.
  • Qualifications

    Your profile

  • University degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent by experience
  • Give advice when choices must be made and guide implementation work
  • Expertise in SAP security and Risk analysis would be considered an asset.
  • Good knowledge of written / spoken English and / or French.
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written presentations and drafting of reports).
  • Technical skills

  • In-depth expertise in security related aspects of IT systems or in-depth expertise in access rights management in IT.
  • Expertise in managing user security with an internal developed, open-source or off-the-shelf "authentication and authorisation information system".
  • In-depth expertise in a well-known security methodology (CRAMM, EBIOS, etc).
  • Basic knowledge of financial and bookkeeping concepts.
  • Good knowledge of IT tools used in the office environment.
  • Any of the below would be considered an asset

  • In-depth expertise in security related aspects of SAP systems or in-depth expertise in access rights management in SAP;
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in SAP configuration and knowledge of SAP-related debugging techniques;
  • Expertise in managing authentication and authorisations of one the following SAP components : ECC, SAP S4 / HANA, BPC, BW or Business Objects;
  • Working knowledge of SAP's Governance Risk Compliance solutions;
  • Working Knowledge of S4 / HANA and Fiori;
  • Ability to design security mechanisms within an orchestrated environment covering user authorization and authentication;
  • Good knowledge of the Linux / Unix security paradigm;
  • Working Knowledge of 27001 and 27002 security standards;
  • Working Knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
