Functional Analysis
- Translate business requirements into clear, structured functional specifications using BPMN and UML .
- Design data models that align with business needs, including conceptual and logical data modelling.
Documentation
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation such as functional specs, process flows, and system interactions.Ensure documentation is up-to-date, versioned, and adheres to internal standards.Communication & Collaboration
Maintain close collaboration with :ArchitectsDevelopers & TestersBusiness AnalystsProject ManagersBusiness StakeholdersProvide consistent updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.Testing & Validation
Define test cases and participate in validation activities.Support defect analysis and resolution during testing phases.Incident & Problem Management
Contribute to the resolution of functional incidents and issues in coordination with development and support teams.Profile & Requirements
