A Junior Customer Experience Analyst gathers and analyzes customer feedback to help improve satisfaction and engagement.

Description

Here is a brief overview of the different tasks that await you :

  • You analyze the data collected from satisfaction surveys and make recommendations to the relevant departments to improve our clients' experience throughout their journey. Through your analyses, you identify satisfaction drivers, pain points, moments of delight, and consumer expectations compared to the promises we make to them.
  • You participate in the implementation of our customer experience platform.
  • You create and update dashboards necessary for activity monitoring.
  • You continuously monitor key indicators.
  • Through your work, you raise awareness within the company about the importance of customer experience.
  • You contribute to the development of new customer journeys to be measured and the implementation of these customer surveys.

Profile

Your profile :

  • Pivot tables, VLOOKUP... these terms hold no secrets for you. In short, you excel in Excel! And if you have knowledge of Power BI, that's definitely an additional asset.
  • You're comfortable with numbers and can synthesize data to translate it into actionable insights.
  • You are conscientious, meticulous, and have excellent critical thinking skills.
  • You're autonomous, well-organized, and able to take initiative.
  • You communicate easily and can clearly present your ideas.
  • Bonjour" or "Goeiedag"? It doesn't matter; you're fluent in both languages, both spoken and written.
  • You have some prior work experience in a company.
