The Opportunity
A well-established logistics provider with a strong presence in the Benelux region is looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Sales to lead its commercial growth. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and understands the complexity of modern supply chains.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Belgium and cross-border markets.
- Lead and coach a team of sales and business development professionals.
- Build long-term partnerships with clients in FMCG, retail, healthcare, and industrial sectors .
- Collaborate with operations and solution design teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events and with key stakeholders.
- Report directly to the executive team and contribute to strategic planning.
Your Profile
8+ years of experience in freight forwarding, contract logistics, or 3PL , with at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role.Strong network in the Belgian logistics market and experience working with multinational clients .Proven track record in B2B sales , key account management, and team leadership.Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus!Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and strategic vision.If you're interested, please apply!
