Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner / Head of HR (m / f / x) for a permanent position based in Zaventem .

Our client is a fast growing company active in the automotive sector .

As Senior HR Business Partner / Head of HR (m / f / x) you will be responsible for :

• Serve as the trusted HR Business Partner, offering expert advice, support, and training to management and employees on all HR-related matters, policies and procedures ;
• Manage key HR topics including recruitment, compensation and benefits, compliance, planning and reporting ;
• Act as a sparring partner for payroll-related matters, oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance ;
• Act as liaison with the Works Council, negotiating and collaborating on HR and business-related matters ;
• Develop, communicate, and implement a customized local HR strategy and policies that align seamlessly with corporate standards ;
• Drive the employee development and appraisal process, actively monitoring performance and supporting continuous learning and training initiatives ;
• Participate actively in additional local and international HR projects and initiatives, driving best practices across regions.
