Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer to join our IT security team in Brussels. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network infrastructures, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain secure network architectures (LAN, WAN, VPN, cloud)
- Configure and manage firewalls, IDS / IPS, proxies, and network security tools
- Monitor network traffic and investigate security incidents
- Perform vulnerability assessments, risk analyses, and remediation activities
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Maintain documentation, procedures, and network diagrams
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotations when required
