In the digital era, data governance is crucial for securing and maximising data value amid evolving legal landscapes, and Access Partnership plays a pivotal role in developing expertise to address these challenges for clients, governments, and businesses.
Function
Client Services are responsible for leading and growing relationships with our key clients, being principally responsible for growing the year-on-year value, and attributed revenues, of these relationships.
You will partner with other Practice Directors and New Business Directors to acquire high-value clients, develop new products and services, and ensure effective project delivery through Client Project Teams. You will cultivate strong and lasting relationships with key clients and prospects, delivering exceptional value and impact. You will foster a client-centric culture across the organisation, promoting collaboration, innovation, and quality standards.
What you'll do :
- Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty with products, services, and overall experience of Access Partnership
- Develop and execute account plans, including account-specific strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Establish & maintain effective communication channels for regular updates and addressing client concerns
- Oversee delivery assurance of all contracted services, working with practice management to ensure delivery excellence
- Establish and monitor KPI’s for all clients related to satisfaction, retention, and revenue
- Leverage data and analytic to inform service improvements and report to clients
- Lead the segmentation of clients to design tailored communication strategies
- Communicate potential client and / or market shifts, changes, or reactions, as well as client needs back to appropriate levels

We work in a flexible hybrid model, typically aligning each employee to one of our global offices, with each person spending 2 days per week in the office, and 3 days remote.
