Function

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for our client, a PSF (Professionnel du Secteur Financier) company, to ensure compliance with Circular 20/ issued by CSSF. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to implement effective configuration management processes and tools.

Responsibilities:

CMDB Implementation:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive CMDB tailored to meet the specific needs of the PSF company.

Ensure that the CMDB aligns with the requirements outlined in Circular 20/ from CSSF.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT teams, compliance officers, and business units, to gather requirements and ensure the CMDB meets regulatory and business needs.

Compliance Assurance :

Establish and maintain configuration management processes and controls to ensure compliance with CSSF Circular 20/.

Setup Dashboard and report to regularly audits and assess CMDB accuracy and completeness.

Tool Integration:

Integrate tools and technologies with the CMDB ITSM tool.

Data Quality Management:

Implement data quality management processes to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of CMDB data.

Develop and enforce data validation and normalization procedures.
