Our client, a dynamic and innovative medical technology company based in Gent area, is currently seeking a talented RA Manager to join their team. You will be part of the senior management team and report directly to the CEO which will give you more decision power and you can have a bigger impact.

Responsibilities :

– Lead and manage a small team to delegate some tasks but in your role you will still have a combination of strategic and hands-on work

– Oversee regulatory and quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with medical device regulations and legislation.

– Drive strategic initiatives to enhance product development and market expansion, contributing to the company’s growth and success.

Requirements :

– Degree in engineering, scientific, or legal field.

– Several years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the medical device or diagnostic industry

– Strong knowledge of MDR / IVDR

– Leadership skills are required

– Good experience with QA is preferred (QMS, audits,…)

– Knowledge of radiation legislation is a plus but not required

– Fluent level of English, other EU languages are a plus
