When your PASSION joins ours

As Controller Belgium, you will support the Belgian commercial organization in achieving financial goals and driving business performance. You will report to the Controlling Manager and be a member of the Benelux Controlling team of 5 people based in Brussels. You will grow in an exciting job and will contribute to the development of the business, by ensuring the following missions:

Strategic Management Reporting

• Reporting: Deliver and present comprehensive financial reports and analyses on key metrics such as SKUs, brands, and customer performance.
• Closing: Follow period closing procedures as stated by accounting. Validate and confirm results within key areas and make necessary accruals and periodicities.

Forecast and Budget (short/medium/long term)

• Coordination: Coordinate in accordance with given timetables, formal requirements, and guidelines
• Analysis: implement, analyze and forecast/budget results versus relevant comparators
• Support: Ensure quality financial perspective and support the business team during the processes with various analyses and recommendations
• Commitment: Secure commitment from budget/forecast owners within the Business Unit.

Support Business

• Products / Customers/ Channels: Provide financial analysis on new product/customer introductions or delisting decisions
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support on ad-hoc financial analysis relating to the Business portfolio, price negotiations, discount optimization, etc…

Performance management

• Performance Optimization: Oversee performance management initiatives to enhance sales, discounts, COGS, marketing, and indirect costs.
• Efficiency Tools: Optimize tools and processes.

When your EXPERTISE joins ours

• Master in Finances,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• You have two to three years' experience in Controlling
• Team player with strong communication skills with a high degree of personal initiative, precise, sense of responsibility, autonomy and commitment
• You are bilingual in French and Dutch, and fluent in English.
