Process Expert

Our client is looking for a Process Expert to join them on a contract basis.

Please be aware for this role the successful candidate must have a belgium residence and speak English.

You will be based out of their Brussels office and will be required to go into the office 50% of the time.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain IT processes aligned with the Group process framework, creating consistency and standardization across teams. (e.g. delivery management, organization, sourcing, risk and security management, ...)
• Ensure compliance and proactively identify gaps or improvement needs caused by our sources.
• Coach and collaborate with our key partners, enabling them to steer and continuously simplify and optimize processes across the organization.
• Support process maturity assessments and contribute to process documentation within the agile referential.
