Project Manager (Hands-on / SaaS Implementation)

Our SaaS platform, Docbyte Vault, helps banks, insurers, pharma companies and public organisations preserve digital documents in a legally valid and compliant way for decades.

We are growing and looking for a hands-on Project Manager who brings structure, clarity and momentum to customer projects.

As Project Manager, you take ownership of customer onboarding and implementation projects.

You coordinate between customers, engineering, Customer Success Engineers and the Product Owner to ensure projects move forward smoothly and finish successfully.

This is not a “meeting scheduler” role: You are decisive, solution-oriented and not afraid to dive into functional analysis.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple SaaS implementation projects
• Run workshops, clarify requirements and align expectations
• Translate customer needs into functional specifications
• Work closely with CSEs, engineering, PO and CTO
• Keep projects on track: timelines, deliverables, risks, communication
• Support testing and validate solutions before customer acceptance
• Drive progress, remove blockers and proactively solve issues

• 3–7 years experience in project management, SaaS delivery or consulting
• Hands-on, structured, decisive and solution-oriented
• Strong communicator who creates clarity and builds trust
• Comfortable with technology, integrations and functional analysis
• Able to challenge unclear requirements and guide customers
• Fluent in Dutch and English and preferably French

• Work on impactful projects in one of Europe’s most trusted digital sectors
• High autonomy, direct ownership and real visibility
• Collaborate with COO, CTO, Product Owner and CSE team
