Your day-to-day tasks will vary and consists of mapping development (XSLT), configuration, and consultancy towards our customers (mainly remote). You will be working on multiple projects and different customers (each using their own internal systems) simultaneously, in other words, varied and interesting work. You will be part of the EMEA Professional Services team and cooperate closely with other teams such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service. /ppbRESPONSIBILITIES /b /pulliYou are responsible for setting up, maintaining,and extending the B2B system for our customers /liliYou communicate with our customers and analyse, design, and implement their needs /liliYou create mappings between different file formats (XML, ASCII, EDI standards) using various tools, mainly XSLT /liliYou set connections and configure the needed message flows between our customers and their trading partners /liliYou consult and train customers on B2B EDI messaging possibilities /liliYou will specialize in 1 or more functional areas /liliYou are a central source of technical knowledge and will assist other Descartes teams like Sales and Customer Service. /li /ulpbSKILLS AND ATTITUDE /b /pulliEngineering degree or other technical discipline bor /b relevant experience in this area. /liliYou set a high level of quality in your development and technical implementation /liliYou are a customer focused and maintain customer contact via mail, phone, and onsite visits /liliYou are fluent in Dutch and English.
