Category/Purchasing Manager (Permanent)

As a Category Manager, you play a key role in developing and implementing the group-wide procurement strategy. You oversee the full supplier lifecycle, from selection and contracting to performance evaluation, while keeping a strong focus on cost efficiency, quality, and innovation.

In addition, you contribute to the optimization of the product portfolio and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as supply chain, sales, and product management.

In this position, you are part of the international procurement team and act as a key connector within the organization. You report directly to the Group Procurement Director and are given the autonomy to take initiative and continuously improve processes.

• You have relevant experience in procurement or category management within HVAC-R products and bring an established network;
• You thrive in an international environment and are willing to travel across Europe approximately 30% of your time;
• You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English; additional European languages (Spanish, German) are a plus;

There is also the possibility to engage in this role on a contract basis.
