Description

• Administrative Support : Assist with daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Project Coordination : Support project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects across the organization.
• Communication : Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear and effective communication in both English and Spanish.
• Document Management : Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring everything is up to date and easily accessible.
• Event Planning : Assist in organizing internal and external events, from small team meetings to larger project-related events.
• Problem-Solving : Take on ad-hoc tasks and challenges as they arise, providing creative and effective solutions.
