Pour accompagner notre croissance et optimiser nos opérations, nous recherchons un Adjoint Warehouse Manager passionné par l’excellence opérationnelle et l’amélioration continue.

Votre mission

En véritable sparring partner du Warehouse Manager, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion stratégique et opérationnelle de notre entrepôt . Vous apporterez votre regard analytique , votre stabilité émotionnelle et votre capacité à challenger les processus pour garantir performance et fluidité.

Vos défis

Assurer la continuité des opérations et prendre des décisions stratégiques en l’absence du Warehouse Manager.
Analyser et optimiser les flux logistiques pour éliminer les goulots d’étranglement et améliorer la productivité.
Piloter la gestion des stocks avec rigueur et anticiper les besoins en collaboration avec les achats.
Contribuer à la mise en place de processus Lean et d’initiatives d’amélioration continue.
Encadrer et soutenir les équipes , en favorisant un leadership calme et structuré.
Garantir la sécurité et la conformité des opérations dans un environnement exigeant.

Votre profil

Diplôme en logistique ou expérience équivalente de min 5 ans.

5 à 10 ans d’expérience en environnement logistique ou production.

Expérience confirmée en management d’équipe .

Maîtrise de l’anglais (C2) et des systèmes WMS (idéalement Microsoft Dynamics 365).

Compétences clés : analyse, prise de recul, sang-froid, assertivité calme, sens des responsabilités.
