Data analyst

Nexeo Belgium is a consulting company supporting clients in the banking, finance, insurance, and public sectors throughout their transformation projects.

We are currently looking for a Data Analyst to support a key data squad within a leading financial organization.

Mission Context

You will support a dedicated data squad by delivering analysis and reporting using Business Objects and Tableau, with the objective of creating business impact and improving customer approach.

You will work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where insights and dashboards play a critical role in decision-making.

Your Responsibilities

• Gather, transform, and analyze raw data using appropriate sourcing techniques
• Deliver actionable insights to support business objectives
• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards
• Administer and manage the Business Objects landscape
• Develop Tableau and WebI reports
• Provide user support for Business Objects and Tableau
• Set up and maintain housekeeping procedures for BO and Tableau
• Collaborate with stakeholders and work with third-party tools such as 360

Your Profile

Languages

• English: Fluent
• French or Dutch: Fluent (the other language is an asset)

Education

• Master’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

Experience & Technical Skills

Mandatory

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Analytics
• At least 5 years of proven experience in administrating and managing Business Objects
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (administration & reporting)
• Good knowledge of the banking environment

Soft Skills

• Team player with a proactive and autonomous mindset
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment

Work Setup

• Hybrid model: 50% on-site / 50% remote
