Bleckmann ondersteunt veel merken om ervoor te zorgen dat hun producten op hun bestemming aankomen, klaar om van te genieten. Als Health & Safety (H&S) Advisor bij Bleckmann ondersteun je de H&S Programma Manager bij de uitvoering van complexe multidisciplinaire projecten van begin tot eind — je werkt samen met stakeholders op verschillende locaties om vereisten te plannen, projectplanningen te beheren, risico’s te identificeren en voortgang te coördineren.
Het nationale H&S-programma bestaat uit verschillende projecten. Deze zijn grotendeels gericht op specifieke locaties om te voldoen aan hun behoeften op het gebied van H&S-verbeteringen. Sommige van deze locaties zullen bij jou aankloppen voor ondersteuning en begeleiding bij het bepalen van welke acties hen dichter bij hun doel brengen. Als hun H&S-adviseur help je site managers en proceseigenaren om hun H&S-prioriteiten te identificeren op basis van risico’s, wettelijke naleving, klantverwachtingen, incidenten en Bleckmann’s wereldwijde H&S-standaarden. Je helpt ook leiderschapsteams op locatie om een cultuur te ontwikkelen die gezond en veilig gedrag ondersteunt door hen bewust te maken van hun rol en de impact die zij kunnen hebben op de manier van werken binnen hun team.
