As a Territory Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships within your assigned territory in Brussels. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets and drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the Brussels territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to promote our products / services, addressing any client queries or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and expand professional networks.
Experience :
You hold a Paramedical or Nurse degree or equivalent based on relevant experienceYou can demonstrate initial experience in a similar position in a medical or pharmaceutical environment. Wound Care experience preferred but not essential.You have excellent oral and written communication skillsYou show a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spiritData savvy and comfortable with numbers, you demonstrate ability to effectively use Microsoft Office, CRM system and ShowpadYou hold a valid Driving LicenseAs a problem solver, you work with your line manager to find innovative approaches to resolve situations and develop your turnoverWhat We Offer :
