With over 25 production sites on four continents, sales in more than 100 countries and over 8,000 employees, the company, headquartered in Switzerland, generates annual sales of more than CHF 1,000 million. /p h3Head of Sales – Pharmerging Regions /h3 pThe Head of Sales – Pharmerging Regions leads the commercial strategy across fast‑growing pharmaceutical markets, including Latin America, China, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and position Datwyler as a leading partner in pharmaceutical packaging for parenteral applications. You will guide regional sales teams, expand market presence, and ensure full alignment with global sales objectives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute a tailored commercial strategy for Pharmerging regions, identifying key growth opportunities. /li liLead and mentor regional sales teams, driving performance, accountability, and capability building. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction. /li liNegotiate and close major commercial deals with pharmaceutical manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors. /li liMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to support strategic decision‑making. /li liProvide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and business updates to senior leadership. /li liManage sales budgets and ensure the optimal deployment of resources across regions. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field; MBA is a strong plus. /li li5–7+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical packaging industry. /li liProven success in driving commercial growth in emerging markets and managing cross‑cultural teams. /li liStrong understanding of the pharmaceutical packaging market, customer needs, and Pharmerging dynamics. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. /li liStrategic, data‑driven mindset with strong commercial acumen. /li liFluent in English; additional languages are highly beneficial. /li liWillingness to travel frequently for customers, events, and regional team support. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liAttractive compensation package that rewards your expertise and impact. /li liFlexible working arrangements with hybrid options to support a healthy work‑life balance. /li liContinuous learning and development opportunities to help you grow your skills and advance your career. /li liThe chance to work with cutting‑edge technologies across exciting, fast‑evolving industries. /li liA collaborative, high‑performing team environment where your ideas and contributions truly make a difference. /li /ul pReady to join us?
