This is a key role within a project‑driven real estate environment, where finance is not a support function but a core enabler of long‑term value creation.
You will work closely with the CFO and internal stakeholders, combining financial ownership, structure, and governance with a pragmatic, hands‑on approach.

🧬 Who We’re Looking For
A senior finance professional who feels at home in complex, project‑driven environments, combines technical finance expertise with ownership and pragmatism, and acts as a trusted sparring partner to senior management.
You enjoy bringing structure without over‑engineering, are comfortable working with multi‑entity structures, and value quality, reliability and collaboration. You prefer substance and impact over hierarchy.
📌 Key Responsibilities
You take ownership of monthly and annual closings across multiple entities and safeguard the quality and consistency of financial reporting, P&L, balance sheet and cashflow.
You coordinate statutory accounts, audits and compliance obligations, oversee VAT and corporate tax topics in collaboration with external advisors, and act as an operational sparring partner to the CFO.
You coordinate and support an internal finance team, align closely with business controllers and project teams, and actively contribute to the ongoing professionalization and optimization of finance processes and systems.
You act as a reliable financial point of reference for both internal and external stakeholders.
