Policy and Procedure Expertise : Ability to interpret, create, and update security policies and support local teams in implementation. Technical Proficiency : Strong technical background to develop and follow up on security projects and upgrades. Crisis Management and Coordination : Capable of working under pressure, managing crises, and coordinating with diverse teams and third-party subcontractors. Communication and Language Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills, able to provide briefings, and proficient in Dutch or French with working knowledge of the other language and English. In order to strengthen the GEN BE Support Team we are looking for a Security Manager (H / M / X).
YOUR RESPONSABILITY as Security Manager
- Advisory and Monitoring : Provide binding advise management to sites on security issues, support implementation of new projects and upgrades, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Belgian Generation perimeter.
- Compliance and Alignment : Ensure action plans align with EU / Country legislation and Group Policies and Standards.
- Standards and Procedures : Establish and maintain security standards, procedures, and tools for risk analysis, incident management, and guarding.
- Coordination and Communication : Act as the main contact for the Brussels Control Center and coordinate physical security measures (badges, cameras, alarms, etc.).
- Protection and Awareness : Protect sensitive information by raising staff awareness and ensuring compliance with Group information classification.
