FunctieomschrijvingVous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier en droit ou équivalent ; Vous avez un excellent niveau de français et un très bon niveau de néerlandais ; Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et attentif(ve) aux détails ; Vous êtes à l'aise avec les tâches administratives et la gestion de données ; Vous avez un intérêt pour le secteur juridique et la conformité. Un contrat temporaire avec une rémunération mensuelle entre 3 600 EUR et 4 400 EUR ; Des chèques-repas et une intervention dans les frais de transport ; Un environnement de travail structuré et stimulant au cœur de Bruxelles ; Une opportunité d'acquérir une expertise dans le domaine de la conformité et du KYC.
En tant que JUNIOR KYC ANALYST, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :
- Assurer la collecte et la vérification des documents nécessaires à la conformité des dossiers clients ;
- Analyser les informations pour garantir le respect des réglementations KYC ;
- Mettre à jour les bases de données clients avec les informations collectées ;
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour résoudre les éventuelles anomalies ;
- Préparer des rapports réguliers pour assurer le suivi des dossiers ;
- Assurer une communication claire et efficace avec les clients pour obtenir les informations nécessaires ;
- Participer à l'amélioration des processus KYC en proposant des solutions adaptées ;
- Veiller à la confidentialité et à la sécurité des données traitées.
