What are you?

You’re an experienced SAP FICO consultant with a passion for helping finance professionals make the most out of their day‑to‑day jobs.

You make SAP implementations (both on premise and in the cloud) a success by thoroughly analyzing a company’s financial processes and by listening carefully to figure out what customers really need. You use your business knowledge and SAP expertise to question, explore and co‑create new financial processes together with the customer.

You’re open, knowledgeable, and take on a pragmatic and transparent approach when it comes to finance and controlling requests. You put your previous experience in finance to excellent use to serve your clients. Are you ready to guide our customers through their finance journeys?

Who are we?

We are the delaware SAP Finance & Business Controlling team : an agile team of finance and controlling specialists. We strive to provide high‑quality, integrated and automated solutions for small and medium‑sized businesses, but also for multinationals. Our ultimate goal is to guide customers towards the best practices in finance, make finance & controlling more efficient and support the CFO office in tackling any (technical) challenges they may have.

We’re a bit of a pioneer when it comes to SAP S / 4HANA. While we still support customers who use SAP ECC, we use S / 4HANA in all of our new projects (both greenfield implementations and migrations). So with us, you’re certain to be involved in a wide range of innovative SAP FI / CO projects!

Whether you want to become a pro in project delivery, collection management, tax, planning, service ticketing or presales – there are plenty of directions to grow into. Just so you know : delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working together with our customers on‑site.

Qualifications & Criteria

• have at least 4 years of SAP Finance experience (either as a consultant or as an employee);
• are very familiar with a wide range of Finance & Controlling topics;
• have previously delivered SAP implementations in finance . Any experience in integration with other modules (such as SAP MM or SD) is a plus;
• can carry out a blueprint analysis independently, but also know how to use your powers of persuasion to collaborate with fact‑minded people;
• are open to sharing your expertise and mentoring more junior colleagues. Can we count on you to prepare the next generation of SAP FICO consultants?
• are eager to keep learning about the latest SAP S / 4HANA innovations in finance;
• can fluently speak Dutch or French and English
