Technical Production Coordinator - The role

For a Belgian industrial company that is part of an international group, we are looking for a Technical Production Coordinator to support and coordinate production activities within an industrial electronics environment.

In this role, you act as the technical link between sales, engineering and production , ensuring that customer requirements are correctly translated into efficient and high-quality production orders.

Technical Production Coordinator - Your responsibilities

• Prepare and manage technical quotations and translate confirmed orders into accurate production orders.
• Coordinate production orders in close collaboration with the workshop supervisor.
• Support final inspections and ensure produced solutions meet technical and quality requirements.
• Monitor pre- and post-calculations of production orders (costs, margins, feasibility).
• Act as a technical reference point for internal teams and customers regarding industrial electronic solutions.
• Collaborate closely with sales, engineering and planning on technical and operational topics.
• Report directly to the Managing Director.
