Cost Controller

Job Description Budget Management:Prepare, monitor, and update Business Enablers departments budgets and forecasts.Ensure alignment between Business Enablers spending and overall corporate financial objectives.Cost Analysis & Reporting:Track and analyze Business Enablers expensesInitiate and agree Business Enablers expenses back charges/invoicing to subsidiaries and projectsProvide monthly, quarterly, and annual cost/revenue reports with variance analysis.Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose corrective actions.Project Cost Control:Monitor Business Enablers project budgets, ensuring timely and accurate cost allocation.Support Business Enablers Managers with financial insights and cost tracking.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with Business Enablers Managers, procurement, and finance teams to optimize cost structures.Communicate financial performance and risks to senior management.QualificationsEducation & Experience:The following is a MUST: Fluent in Dutch, French & English. Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with minimum 1 year experience in cost control.Or Bachelor’s degree in finance with minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost control, preferably in Business Enablers technology-driven environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to cost optimization.Additional InformationA career at BESIX is a lot more than just a job, it's about being part of our changing and innovative world.
