ELCIA Belgium, a subsidiary of the ELCIA Group, specializes in software development for joinery such as windows (Ramasoft software). Our solution covers all our clients’ needs, from quote creation to managing all production tools related to these industries.

A family-sized company, ELCIA Belgium was nominated for Trends Gazelles 2025.

Based in our Antwerp office, you will join the Technical Service team of 3 people and work closely with an experienced technician.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical phone support for clients using our Ramasoft software.
  
• Act as the main point of contact for clients (CEO, CIO, Production Manager…) and a technical relay to the development team for Level 3 issues.
• Diagnose issues accurately and deliver technical solutions to clients.
  
• Install Ramasoft software on client environments remotely and on-site.
  
• Create profile databases within the software.
  
• Deliver on-site training sessions for clients (lasting 3 to 9 days).
• Self project management : deadline and priority management, focused on delivering customer-oriented solutions.
  

Regular travel to client sites is expected for installations and training (planned day trips).

We guarantee an internal technical training period on our business and software with an experienced mentor.
