FunctieomschrijvingVous accueillez les clients avec le sourire et restez toujours à leur disposition pour répondre à toutes leurs questions. Vous gérez la boîte mail générale et répondez aux demandes de réservation et aux questions des clients. Vous êtes responsable de l'enregistrement des arrivées et des départs de nos clients et vous gérez les réservations. En outre, vous répondez aux appels téléphoniques, apportez votre aide au bar, préparez le buffet du petit-déjeuner et assurez la clôture de la journée ainsi que l'audit de nuit. Vous veillez à ce que la réception soit soignée et ordonnée. Par ailleurs, diverses tâches administratives générales vous seront également confiées. Vous vous exprimez aisément en néerlandais, français et anglais. La maîtrise de toute autre langue constitue un atout supplémentaire. Vous possédez une bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office. Vous avez un véritable sens relationnel et une présentation soignée, reflet de votre personnalité. Vous faites preuve de discernement dans la résolution des problèmes. Vous êtes consciencieux et motivé par votre travail. Un horaire flexible, le travail de nuit (23h00-07h00) et les week-ends ne vous effraient pas. Un emploi varié et stimulant assorti de nombreuses responsabilités, à temps partiels (32h / semaine). Vous travaillerez dans l’environnement dynamique d’un groupe international offrant de nombreuses possibilités d’évolution interne, une formation détaillée relative à la fonction et un soutien continu. Votre engagement sera récompensé par une rémunération à la hauteur de vos responsabilités.
